Greatest care in processing and material selection

A tennis net should be hard-wearing, weather-resistant and have a high degree of breaking strength. To achieve this, a polyethylene braided line with a thickness of 3.4 millimetres was selected for the Court Royal TN50 tennis net. In addition, the top 6 rows are double-knotted and the net is edged with polyester. The knots are made by hand to ensure optimum material movement. The ball is guided directly downwards on impact. Among other things, the exact position of the knot and the strength of the knot, i.e. not too tight and not too loose, are responsible for this. If all these factors are present, as with the TN 50, even high-speed balls can be redirected perfectly. The mesh width of 4 cm makes it impossible for a ball to slip between the net.

Tested safety

Our Court Royal TN 50 has been tested in accordance with all the requirements of DIN EN 1510 for functional and safety-relevant properties and has therefore been awarded the “Tested Safety” seal. Replacement Wire
