The aluminum manufactured tennis posts with a diameter of 83 mm from Court Royal can be inserted and the tennis net attached in just a few simple steps. Inside the tennis net post there is an internal trapezoidal tensioning mechanism which is equipped with an additional aluminum key. In this way, the tennis net is mounted quite practically and easily. Made of cast aluminum plug-in cover cap, which is equipped with a safety chain. Our tennis net post Court Royal TP 83 has a weight of 10.5 kg and a total height of 142 cm. The delivery does not include a ground socket. This can be purchased if required.

Ersatzteil für Spannmechanik - Der aus eigener Herstellung gefertigte Mitnehmestift mit Fase besteht aus massiven VA Stahl. Innerhalb der Spannmechanik hat der Stift eine essentielle Aufgabe. Eine Formschlüssige Verbindung entsteht bei Kontakt mit dem Schlüssel für Spannmechanik. Dieser passt durch die Ausformung perfekt in den Stift. Durch ein Drehen des Schlüssels wird die Spindel der Spannmechanik bewegt. Der an der Spindel montierte Zughaken wird durch diese Bewegung nach unten befördert. An dem Zughaken wird die Schlaufe des Netzdrahtseils befestigt. Für längere Drahtseile (13,80 m) bietet sich eine gesonderte Vorgehensweise an. Um vor dem Drehen eine optimale Netzspannung zu gewährleisten sollte die Schlaufe des Drahtseils auf Blindpfostenseite in den speziell dafür befestigten Haken eng umschlungen werden. Dabei kann nach Bedarf der obere Haken nach oben ausgerichtet werden um das Drahtseil mehrfach um die zwei Haken an der Außenseite des Blindpfosten zu wickeln. Der untere Haken bleibt unverändert. ACHTUNG - Schäden an der Spannmechanik und ein Abreißen des Mitnehmestifts können durch zu starkes Drehen des Schlüssels verursacht werden!
