The coconut puller is manufactured with the dimensions 200 x 100 cm. The extra heavy wooden rail with a weight of approx. 3 kg is not only used for fastening the pull rope and the coconut carpet, but can also be used as a pull-off bar at the same time. The coconut puller is laid out with a natural fishbone pattern and is uncoated. Edge is coated with black PVC to ensure long life of the mat. Perfect for dry courts, as well as for special court surfaces, such as Canada tennis courts or artificial turf. Our quartz sand mat for tennis courts is the ideal solution for the even and thorough distribution of quartz sand and rubber granules. With a sturdy, heavy wooden rail and a robust coconut velour mat consisting of 3 cm long coconut fibers, this mat is particularly durable and resistant. The coconut fibers are cast in a stable PVC material, which increases durability and guarantees even distribution of the material. With dimensions of 120 x 100 cm and the practical pull rope, the quartz sand mat enables easy handling and precise control when distributing quartz sand and rubber granules on the tennis court. This not only ensures even and efficient application, but also an improved playing surface and a longer service life for the tennis surface.

With a combination of a buffing brush and a drag mat, you can combine two crucial work steps after or before every tennis match. With the hard plastic broom you roughen the worn tennis surface and can use the same tool to strip the surface. The plastic broom is 1.50 m long and 4 cm wide. The bristles are 5 cm long. Thanks to the ingenious attachment of the drag net to the tennis court broom, you can have the tennis court reconditioned in no time at all. A 1.50 m long and approx. 70 cm wide trawl net material is also attached to our stripping broom. The trawl is extra reinforced and has a mesh size of approx. 3.2 x 3 cm. The two elements are screwed together with an L-shaped aluminum bar and are therefore absolutely robust and stable. If the plastic broom no longer performs optimally, it can be replaced as a spare part. Filling holes and leveling the court surface We manufacture our own hand leveler with a special rubber lip and extra trawl mesh. This allows you to fill in holes and level the surface with the trawl mesh at the same time. This allows you to carry out two work steps with one device. The special rubber lip is made of extra-durable rubber and has a wall thickness of 0.6 cm. The lip is attached with an aluminum rod and has a width of 6.1 cm and a length of 190 cm. The attached trawl material has a working width of 1.90 m and a depth of approx. 70 cm. You can also use our rubber plane perfectly after the pitch has been rained on. Our combi broom is the ultimate tool for your tennis court. It combines two work steps that save you a lot of time and effort. Our combi broom is made of plastic and Arenga bristles and an extra heavy trawl net. The broom is 200 cm long and is made up of 4 broom sections of 50 cm each. The broom sections are inserted into two aluminium guide rods and screwed together. The guide rods are fitted with net deflectors at the ends. The bristles consist of two different structures and ensure the best possible roughening of the brick dust surface. The hard plastic bristles with a length of 6 cm have the necessary stability to roughen the brickearth surface, while the 7 cm long bristles hold the roughened material together. This is the perfect preparation for the attached trawl net. This is pulled directly over the loosened material in a single work step and ensures a smooth brick dust surface. The special aluminium profile newly developed by Universal Sport perfects the long-standing successful concept of the Court Royal rigid PVC traction mat and the Court Royal Combiplaner. This special profile combines the advantages of the thermoplastic trawl mat with those of a trawl net. A pull rope is attached to the outside of the guide bar with snap hooks. In the front row, 27 15 x 20 cm panels are bolted together and provide the optimum conditions for roughening Canada artificial turf tennis courts or clay courts. The extra heavy trawl net with connecting eyelets is attached directly afterwards so that the tennis court work can be completed in a single work step. The front hard part is used to loosen and remove uneven areas and the rear heavy trawl part is used to smooth out the open areas and drag along any debris that has been scraped up. The newly developed Universal Sport aluminum profile perfects the long-standing concept of the drag mat hard PVC and combiplaner. Due to the 15 x 20 cm individual segments a maximum flexibility of the whole application is given. The manifold scratch elements at the bottom side are ideal for rouphening  the place  and at the same time for smoothing the unevenness and cleaning from leaves without damaging the surface. Especially suited for Cannada -Tennis, artificial grass courts and clay courts. All used material is extremely weather resistant and low wear. Super fast - Super Clean Is designed to very effective and quick removal of leaves, pine needles, etc. from the tennis court. With a size of 180 x 80 cm, the drag mat is extra wide and effectively catches the dirt from your tennis surface in one operation. The mat is made of plastic panels that are perforated in such a way that the leaves get stuck on small prongs and are dragged along. The remaining prongs create an excellent leveling of the surface. Please always make sure that the Super Clean drag mat lies flat on the court. The drag mat is supplied with a towing rope, which is attached to an aluminum towing bar. All materials have been chosen to be absolutely wear-resistant and weatherproof.
