Shipping and payment 

Dear customer, The shipping costs for each product are always shown under the item price. After placing your order, you will be informed about the current steps in the processing procedure. After dispatch, you will receive a parcel number with which you can track the shipment in the respective customer center. We only ship with insurance. If there are any problems with the shipment, we will contact you immediately. If you have any questions, please contact us. We always endeavor to work to your satisfaction. 

The logistics prices: (depending on the size and weight of the item) Small products: from 9,90 € to 22,90 € Medium-sized products from 32,90 € to 54,90 € Medium to large products from € 67.40 to € 88.90 Large products / bulky goods: from € 88.90 If you are unsure about the shipping price, please ask. 

EU international shipping only on request: All prices include the statutory VAT of 19%. 

 **Please ask for island surcharges! Parcel tracking GLS parcels: To track the current location of your GLS parcel, you can use the following link to track the parcel with your consignment number. Your tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail after dispatch via our shipping department.
